What is the process for a virtual fitting?
You’ll start with a free 10-minute consultation to get to know your fitter and ask any questions you have. After that, you will be able to purchase a virtual fitting package. A virtual bra fitting or styling package consists of two 30 minute video chat sessions. In the first session, we will get to know you and learn what you want from your bra and more. We will also guide you through the measurement process to determine your size.
We will educate you on the options available and help you select bras, apparel, or accessories to order. At the end of your session, we provide you with a comprehensive list of product recommendations and specific sizes for you to try. In the second session, you will try the bras on and we evaluate fit opportunities & guide you to make the necessary adjustments, make selections, and exchange and return items as needed.
We will also review bra compatibility with your wardrobe.

Do I have to be undressed on camera during a fitting?
No. This service is designed to make you as comfortable as possible. We can accommodate any desired level of modesty. When changing clothes, you can turn off your camera. While reviewing the fit of bras or taking your measurements, you should wear whatever bottoms you are comfortable in (i.e. pants, skirt, shorts). If you would prefer to have your midriff covered as well, we recommend wearing a tank top with straps that can be rolled down beneath the bra so that we can examine the fit of the garments.
Do you have experience working with clients with unique needs?
No two women's breasts are the same and for that matter, no two breasts are the same! We serve all women. Women's breasts change over time for a variety of reasons. We have worked with women who have experienced weight changes, breast changes due to pregnancy or nursing, various treatments for breast cancer, hormone therapy, surgical augmentation, and more. We will learn about your needs and preferences to find the best solution for you.
What if I am unhappy with the products that I order?
We will always do our best to make product recommendations that are returnable. If after both sessions you have not received a product that you are happy with, we will offer you a complimentary session to meet your needs. It is our mission to support you and we want you to be overjoyed by the service experience!
